The Best of Season 1
Intercultural Strategist & Podcast Host
In 2017, I decided to leave the corporate life and become a entrepreneur. After many years of global experiences in learning and development, I wanted help organisations foster a learning culture and improve employee engagement. However, I discovered that many organisations had fixed mindset…
“learning can only happen in the traditional classroom.”
Determined to show that learning can happen at anytime and anywhere, she started the “Leaders of Learning” podcast show. It was my way to help organisations learn. It took me about 3-4 months to learn about podcasting and to produce about 6 episodes. It was a steep learning curve, yet I was super excited to embark on this podcasting journey.
When it comes to guest selection, I initially started with a few good friends from my network and slowly branched out to friends of friends. The topics are greatly varied, coz beggars can’t be chooser right? But generally the topics come in 3 broad topics of facilitation methods, technology and soft skills. In this epsiode, I’ll share my favourite nuggets from these 3 categories.
Do check out the Season 1 episode that intrigues you most. Till the next time, enjoy the show!
